Delete your Force account and data

Force — operator app by Strong Plant

Last updated 9 August 2026

How to request deletion

  1. 1Email [email protected] from any address, with the subject Force account deletion request.
  2. 2Include the username you sign into the Force app with, and your full name as it appears on your employment record, so we can identify the right account.
  3. 3We confirm your identity with your supervisor, then delete the account. You will receive a reply confirming this within 30 days.
  4. 4Uninstalling the app also removes the copy of your recent records cached on the phone. Signing out clears it without uninstalling.

You can also ask your supervisor to raise the request on your behalf — they can deactivate your account immediately from the Force dashboard, which revokes app access straight away.

What gets deleted

  • Your login, display name and employee profile.
  • Your unlock PIN and any session tokens.
  • The location points and photos attached to your shift and equipment records.
  • The offline copy of your data held on your phone.

What is kept, and for how long

Shift times, hour-meter readings, breakdown reports and equipment handover records are operational and payroll records. Strong Plant is required to retain them, so they are anonymised — detached from your name and login and reduced to the equipment and the shift — rather than deleted. They are retained for 7 years to meet payroll, insurance and UAE statutory recordkeeping obligations, then destroyed.

Nothing retained can be traced back to you once the account is deleted, and none of it is shared with any third party.
